Board Elections

Hello all members,

It is nomination time for the PCAPNA elections. We are looking for anyone interested in running for  vice president, treasurer and 4 vacating board member positions, 1 including a student.

Vice president for a 2 year term.

The Vice President shall:

• Assume the duties of the President should the President be absent or unable to serve

• Assume other duties as assigned by the President

• Oversee educational, health policy and public relations for the PCAPNA.

Treasurer for a 2 year term:

The Treasurer shall:

• Be responsible for the fiscal soundness and integrity of the organization

• Oversee the preparation and implementation of the annual budget

• Oversee records of all debits and credits of the PCAPNA

• Report an overview of expenditures, balances and foreseeable monetary needs to the Board of Directors quarterly

4 board member positions, including 1 student for the term starting in January 2024.

All members of the Board shall serve in good faith, exhibit professional behavior during conduction of PCAPNA business, uphold the by-laws of the organization and uphold the highest ethical and legal standards of their profession and organization. Each member shall fulfill the duties of their position to the best of their ability.

 Anyone interested in running please contact the nomination committee, Michelle Rebello by July 30,2023. We will need a picture and short biosketch about yourself and why you want to volunteer your time.  Anyone wanting to run must be a paid full member in good standing.  You may also contact any of the officers or Board with questions.
