SYMPOSIUM DESCRIPTION:
This symposium will strengthen the practitioner’s knowledge base, assessment skills, and assist in further development of dynamic practice strategies for diagnosis and management.

TARGET AUDIENCE:
This program is designed to meet the needs of advanced practice nurses, physician assistants, and other health care professionals.

ACCREDITATION:
This program is approved by Florida CEBroker for continuing education units. To receive continuing education credit, you must attend the accredited sessions and must return the program evaluation. In order to receive full credit, registrants must register no later than 10 minutes after the start of the meeting and must attend the entire meeting.

HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS:
A block of rooms has been reserved for September 15-16, 2017 at the Winter Haven Gardens Inn. Our symposium guests will receive a special group rate. To make reservations, please call (863) 294-4451. Request the group rate for PCAPNA.

PCAPNA will not be responsible for travel expenses incurred by the participant in the unlikely event that the program is cancelled. DIRECTIONS TO WINTER HAVEN GARDEN INNS:
From Orlando or Tampa take I-4 to exit 27 (570, Polk Parkway (TOLL ROAD), Exit at 15, State Rd 540 (Winter Lake Road). Continue on Winter Lake Rd until Hwy 17. Take a left on Hwy 17 which becomes 3rd Street after the overpass. Stay on 3rs Street. The Winter Haven Gardens Inn will be on the right between Ave O and Ave K.
