This program is targeted for Adult and Adult/Geriatric providers as Entresto is not indicated for the pediatric population (age less than 18) or the obstetric population. Please allow those who provide care for the indicated populations attend.
Sign-up for the meeting will be open for practicing nurse practitioners until early Wednesday (1/18/17) morning. At approxitely 7 am on 1/18/17, the meeting will be open to students to sign up to attend.
